Dashboard Guide

Accessing the Dashboard

The CopyrightChains Dashboard is the central hub for all copyright registration and management activities.

Prerequisites

MetaMask: Browser extension installed and configured
SempreID: MANDATORY verification token in wallet
Whitelist: Wallet must be whitelisted (100+ user limit)
Network: Connected to Chain ID 1199

Login Process

1. Visit dashboard.copyrightchains.com
2. Click "Connect Wallet" in the header
3. Approve MetaMask connection
4. Sign authentication message
5. SempreID automatically verified

Main Dashboard Sections

Portfolio

View all your registered works, recordings, and ownership details

Register Work

Create new musical work or recording registrations

Royalties

Track royalty payments and distribution history

Disputes

File disputes and track investigation status

Portfolio Section

The Portfolio displays all copyrights you own or have shares in.

Portfolio Information:

Work Details: Title, type, registration date
Ownership: Token balance and percentage
Creators: All composers, lyricists, performers, producers
Royalties: Total earned and distribution history
Files: Associated audio/video files
Blockchain: Transaction hash and Explorer link

Filtering & Sorting

- Filter by type: Musical Works, Recordings, or All
- Sort by: Registration Date, Title, Royalties
- Search by: Title, ISWC, ISRC, or Creator Name

Registration Section

Register Musical Work

Click "Register Musical Work" to access the registration form.

View Musical Works Guide

Register Recording

Click "Register Recording" and select the parent musical work from dropdown.

Registration Tips

Verify all wallet addresses before submitting
Save form progress - Dashboard auto-saves drafts
Admin wallet signs - you never pay gas fees

Royalties Section

Track all royalty payments and view distribution history.

Royalty Dashboard Shows:

Total Earned: Lifetime royalties across all works
Recent Payments: Last 30 days of distributions
By Work: Breakdown per musical work/recording
Transaction History: All distribution transactions
Pending: Royalties awaiting distribution

Export Reports

Download royalty reports in CSV or PDF format for accounting and tax purposes.

Disputes Section

File New Dispute

Click "File Dispute" to access the investigation request form.

View Investigation Guide

Track Status

View all active and resolved disputes with real-time status updates:

Submitted: Dispute filed, awaiting review
Under Investigation: Being reviewed by investigator
Evidence Review: All evidence being evaluated
Decision Pending: Final determination in progress
Resolved: Investigation complete, outcome recorded

Profile

Update name, email, and contact information

Notifications

Configure email alerts for royalties, disputes, updates

Manage wallet connections and sessions

The Dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile devices with MetaMask mobile browser.

Mobile Requirements:
