Investigation Module & Dispute Resolution

Forensic evidence collection and ownership verification

What is the Investigation Module?

The InvestigationModuleV9 smart contract provides forensic investigation capabilities for copyright disputes, ownership verification, and evidence collection. It creates court-admissible blockchain evidence with millisecond precision timestamps.

Contract Address:

0x01F408be5969C3C45054039B72a23b529ea6306E

When to Use the Investigation Module

Ownership Disputes

Multiple parties claim ownership of the same work

WhiteBox Claims

Claiming orphaned works with unknown ownership

Infringement Cases

Unauthorized use or copying of copyrighted material

Verification Requests

Need to verify ownership or authorship for legal purposes

Forensic Timestamps

Every action on CopyrightChains is recorded with forensic-grade timestamps that are admissible in court as evidence.

Millisecond Precision

Timestamps record exact date and time down to the millisecond. This precision is critical for proving "first to create" claims.

Tamper-Proof Storage

All timestamps are stored on the blockchain, making them immutable and tamper-proof. No one can alter historical records.

Court-Admissible Evidence

Blockchain timestamps are legally recognized evidence in most jurisdictions. The Investigation Module generates certified reports.

Independent Verification

Anyone can independently verify timestamps using the blockchain explorer. No trust in CopyrightChains required.
