What is the OTC Platform?

The OTC (Over-The-Counter) Platform is a secure, peer-to-peer marketplace for trading NUT tokens directly between verified users. Built on multi-chain blockchain technology, it provides:

  • Zero Platform Fees: Currently 100% free to use
  • Free Listing Creation: Use EIP-712 signatures (no gas fees)
  • Flexible Payments: Choose from CCUSD or CCEU at purchase time
  • Verified Trading: All users verified with SempreID soulbound token
  • Multi-Chain Security: NUT identity on CopyrightChains, payments on Hoodi Testnet

Getting Started in 5 Steps

Step 1: Set Up Your Wallet

Install MetaMask browser extension and configure it for the OTC Platform networks.

Step 2: Get SempreID Verification

SempreID is required to use the platform. It's a soulbound identity token that ensures secure and compliant trading.

Step 3: Connect to the Platform

Visit the OTC Platform and click "Connect Wallet" in the header. Approve the connection in MetaMask and sign the authentication message.

Your wallet will be verified for:

  • SempreID token ownership
  • Network compatibility
  • Authentication signature

Step 4: Add Payment Tokens & Gas Fees

To buy NUT tokens, you'll need payment tokens (CCUSD or CCEU) AND gas fees (Hoodi ETH) in your wallet on Hoodi Testnet.

Payment Tokens (on Hoodi Testnet):

  • CCUSD: 0x6Ff79EE1aDe0351DB1012D7eEfCf5A5737A033b5
  • CCEU: 0x979F1e9ba67A593B5424c3cEAD08f9B8060BD524

Gas Requirements:

  • Listing Creation: FREE (uses EIP-712 signatures)
  • Token Approval: ~0.002 ETH (~$0.30)
  • Complete Purchase: ~0.002 ETH (~$0.30)
  • Keep 0.01+ ETH in wallet for gas

Important Information

Before You Start Trading

  • SempreID verification is mandatory - the platform will not function without it
  • You need Hoodi ETH gas fees (minimum 0.01 ETH) to complete purchases - listing creation is free
  • Always verify you're on the correct network before signing any transaction (CopyrightChains for selling, Hoodi for buying)
  • Keep your private keys and recovery phrases secure - never share them with anyone
